By engaging with our investing partners and learning their specific goals, we are able to source opportunities that fit precisely with their requirements, while ignoring deals in the marketplace that are less than a perfect fit. Combined with our deep relationships within our target markets, we are able to find and execute on middle market deals that are typically below the institutional radar but maintain institutional quality characteristics.  Our strategy enables us to take advantage of less efficient markets on behalf of our investors as well as provide access to multifamily asset across the risk/reward spectrum.

Contrarian Markets

We look for the best risk adjusted return we can find in a variety of markets.  Some of those markets are off the radar from institutional players allowing us to capture a premium versus more competitive markets that trade above what we consider to be their intrinsic value. This helps protect our investors on the downside, while still offering strong absolute returns.
