This 168-unit deal was primarily a loss-to-lease play with an above market cap rate due to existing relationships with the seller and broker.  Performance since our acquisition in 2020 has been well above expectations, despite a challenging macro backdrop, due to tight supply, and a high-quality product.

Mundelein, IL

This 152-unit property was acquired in 2018. Since closing we have upgraded the units, added amenities, and converted non-revenue generating square footage into 3 additional units. Performance has been well above expectations as our finished product is very competitive in the market.
