Michael Pouliot
Michael is responsible for investment feasibility assessments, due diligence review, capital market activities, and closing administration for acquisitions/dispositions, as well as monitoring property management partners, and other key vendors. Michael lives in Boulder, CO and has 10 years of professional experience at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and financial consulting for the largest Private Equity and Hedge Funds in the United States. He is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and owns commercial real estate assets in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and New Jersey, spanning multi-family, office, and retail.
Iman Jalali
Iman is responsible for all day-to-day operations of BPC’s portfolio, utilizing his extensive knowledge of operations, budgets, construction and investing. Iman has over 15 years of experience operating businesses in different industries, including IT, transportation and healthcare technology.
Scott Skinger
Scott resides in Barrington, IL and has lived in Lake County for the last 20 years. His background is in Information Technology, and he’s successfully owned, operated and exited three different technology companies. His most successful venture was TrainSignal, a company that he grew from $0 to $8MM in revenues, 50+ employees, and exited to Pluralsight in 2013. Scott’s current focus is on business mentoring and real estate investing.
